Hi! I am Usha Rajesh Sharma. I am an author, trainer, motivator and confidence building coach.

Academic Qualification– M.Sc.

Professional Qualification –

*Leadership Course – empowered me to speak in front of hundreds of people fearlessly and gave courage to become an entrepreneur (Thanks to my mentor Dr. Stanny Felix Pinto)

*Certificate in NLP ( Neurolinguistic Programming) – an effective tool which helps in managing ones thoughts and emotions thereby bringing about positive desired changes in an individual. (I am grateful my coaches Sat & Siri for this wonderful experience)

*Professional Diploma in Train The Trainer – has empowered me to identify the training needs and empower others by means of 21st century soft skills training

*P.G. Diploma in Educational Administration and Management – has provided me enough skills one needs to manage teachers, students and institutions.

*PGDCA – has given me the necessary skills to use technology to customize  my training sessions.

Work Experience-

A. As an educator/facilitator/teacher –

While holding various positions such as teacher, supervisor, academic head and assistant director (education) I have served educational institutions of repute. I have an experience of more than 15 years in the field of education and have taught students right from Nursery to Junior college.

B. As a trainer – I have conducted training sessions and workshops on various topics for more than 2500 teachers and helped a number of students to maximize their potential.

1) Evershine Education Trust – Shouldered various responsibilities including teaching & training while working as a supervisor/ branch in-charge/ academic head and an assistant director(Education) over a period of 4 and a half years.

2) Pearson (as a master trainer for a pilot project for ZP teachers training in Thane)

3) Kotak Education Foundation (as a freelancer conducted workshops and training sessions for teachers on motivation, learning styles, multiple intelligence, positive thinking, games and energizers, Math teaching techniques workshops, math teaching aids workshops, responsibility, circle of control etc.)

Taking immense pride I am pleased to add that my Institution The Educationa Plus Academy and I were nominated for most prestigious “Indira Gandhi Seva Ratna” puraskar & “Shining Image of India” award Gold Medal for excellent achievements by ALL INDIA ECONOMY SURVEY AWARD COUNCIL in the year 2011 & 2012.

Above all these, the testimonies, the love and respect that I have earned from my employers, students and trainees are my biggest achievements and the amount of satisfaction this profession has given me is greatest reason for me to continue my work in this field.

The added feathers in my cap are the science & maths work books created by me for MBD group and the collection of my poetry published in Hindi titled as ‘लफ़्जों का सफर’.
